About the Role

You’ll work alongside a Mechanical Supervisor to lead and coordinate site teams responsible for the installation and commissioning of packaged plantrooms delivered to projects across Europe. These modules are fully fabricated offsite, then transported and installed on-site—requiring strong leadership, technical oversight, and quality control throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation, reconnection, and commissioning activities
• Ensure installations meet technical specifications, quality standards, and programme requirements
• Manage and coordinate client-appointed installation teams
• Oversee testing (continuity, insulation resistance, functional, point-to-point)
• Support commissioning and BMS integration
• Provide regular progress updates and reports
• Maintain high standards of HSEQ compliance

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds, 18th Edition, Inspection & Testing)

Required Skills

• Strong background in LV distribution, control systems, and plantroom installations
• Proven experience supervising electrical teams on-site
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Flexibility to travel and work across Europe

Preferred Skills xqknzec

• Experience in data centres or critical infrastructure
• Knowledge of BMS / commissioning
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• Experience in modular or offsite construction
